The new Cobalt® 9970-QS integrates four discrete 3G/HD/SD-SDI inputs onto a single 3G/HD/SD-SDI quad-split output, with each input image being correspondingly assigned to a quadrant of the output image area. Each PIP input is provided its independent framesync, allowing asynchronous inputs to be accommodated without external framesync being required.
